Help Hope Live (HHL) is a 501(c)(3) charity. Since 1983, HHL has helped individuals raise over $190 million to pay for medical care. The average raise by HHL has been 6 times larger than medical fundraises on GoFundMe.

By raising money through Help Hope Live:
– Donors get a tax deduction
– Plaintiffs don’t risk losing Medicaid or Medicare

HHL keeps administrative fees low with the sole cost of 3% on contributions made. The remaining 97% is used to pay for plaintiffs' medical care.

The Plaintiff Recovery Trust (PRT) regularly increases plaintiff after-tax recoveries by 50%. In taxable cases it can avoid the “plaintiff double tax,” made permanent by the “Big Beautiful Bill.” Without the PRT, many plaintiffs are taxed on the contingent fee portion of their recovery, including in cases with punitive damages, post-judgment interest, emotional distress, fraud, and defamation. A portion of each PRT goes to charity.
