Submitting information through the Website does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship; such a relationship is formed only through a separate, signed engagement agreement.

We use this to filter spam and abusive submissions and to understand where inquiries come from.

Submissions from Our contact form, including the technical context described above, are transmitted through an internal form processing service that delivers them to Us. Once received, inquiries are stored and handled in systems We operate and in business systems provided by Service Providers We use to run Our practice.
• With Service Providers. We may share Your information with Service Providers who operate the Website and analyze how it is used, including Our hosting and analytics providers.
• For legal reasons. Analytics

We use third-party Service Providers to understand how Our Website is used. These technologies do not load unless You accept Analytics cookies.

These providers process the information to deliver analytics services to Us, and may use it to improve their own analytics services. They do not use it to advertise to You.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. We have disabled the advertising features of Google Analytics, including Google Signals and advertising personalization, so the information We collect through Google Analytics is not used to personalize advertising.

The cookies Google Analytics places on Your Device last up to two years. Separately, on Google's own servers, event-level data is retained for 2 months, and data associated with an individual visitor is retained for up to 14 months from that visitor's most recent activity on the Website.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity is a website analytics service that records how visitors interact with pages, including scrolling and clicks, to help Us understand and improve the Website. We configure Clarity to mask text entered into forms, so the contents of what You type are not recorded. Clarity does record which pages You visit and the order in which You visit them.

Microsoft retains this information on its own schedule, currently up to 30 days for session recordings and up to approximately 9 months for aggregated usage data. We do not control these periods.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect Our contact form from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile checks technical signals from Your Device, such as IP address and browser characteristics, to verify that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated system.

Turnstile does not set cookies or store anything on Your device. The check happens in real time when You use the form, and nothing is kept on Your Device afterward. It is not used to track You across websites or for advertising.

Because Turnstile is strictly necessary to operate Our contact form securely, it runs before You make a cookie choice and is not affected by that choice.

How Long We Keep Your Information 

We keep Your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with Our legal and professional obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements.

How long that is depends on what the information is:

• Inquiries and correspondence. We keep these while they remain useful for responding to You, for follow-up, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. You may ask Us to delete them at any time, as described below.
